Terms and Conditions

As a coach it is especially important to me that the terms and conditions of my services are clear and fair—both for my clients and for myself. These terms govern the services offered, pricing, appointment scheduling, cancellation policies, and necessary disclaimers.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, services, and offers between Ebru Kiriliveren (hereinafter referred to as "provider" or "I") and the clients (hereinafter referred to as "client" or "you").

2. Services

I offer coaching services, yoga classes, online programs, and related offerings. The content, duration, and prices of each service are outlined on my website or individually in the contract. When booking a personalized service, the client will receive additional terms with the order confirmation.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when:

You register for a service in writing (e.g., via email or contact form), and I confirm the registration.
You book a service via my website and receive a confirmation.
You participate in a coaching session or class and make the agreed payment.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for my services are stated on the website or in the specific offer.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash.

Full payment is due before the service begins unless another arrangement has been made.

In the case of late payment, a reminder fee may be charged.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation by the Client

Coaching sessions: Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that, the full fee will be charged.
Yoga classes: Free cancellation up to 72 hours in advance. After that, 50% of the fee will be charged.
Workshops and group events: Free cancellation up to 3 days before the start. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

5.2 Cancellation by the Provider

I reserve the right to cancel appointments for important reasons (e.g., illness or force majeure). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered, or a refund will be issued.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

My services do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Participation is at your own risk.

I am not liable for damages or injuries resulting from incorrect execution of exercises or disregard of my instructions.

I am not responsible for technical issues during online sessions (e.g., the client’s internet connection).

7. Data Protection

I process personal data in accordance with my privacy policy, which you can view on my privacy policy page.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—especially coaching materials, yoga resources, and digital products—is protected by copyright. Without my explicit permission, reproduction, distribution, or any other use is not permitted.

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remainder shall remain unaffected.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Place of jurisdiction is Hanau, Hesse, insofar as legally permissible.
